Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
The course “Electronics and Instrumentation” is an interdisciplinary course giving equal emphasis on Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation and Computers. The graduates of this course will definitely create a major impact in almost all the industries of today and tomorrow.
Mission:-
- To impart quality education through interactive teaching methods using modern teaching learning aids supplemented by hands-on laboratory experiments.
- To develop the faculty and staff members of the department for continuous improvement in teaching methodology for easy comprehension of subjects by the students.
- To pursue research and development in the related fields by upgrading the existing laboratories with the state of the art instruments in consultation with the expertise from the industries and academia.
Programme Educational Objectives
PEO-1: Gain in-depth technical knowledge in the field of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation engineering subjects including hands-on and on-site experience and preparation of physical models to cater the needs of both industry and research.
PEO-2: Have optimum level of expertise in carrying out project and computational works in modern instrumentation engineering field and to synthesize technical concepts for applications, in the process and allied industries.
PEO-3: To develop the ability and passion to work, wisely, creatively, effectively and collaboratively in groups under minimum supervision in pursuit of emerging leader in research and development
