Documents required at the time of Physical Admission:
1) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of the Provisional Admission letter downloaded from WBJEE portal.
2) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of WBJEE/ JEE Main Admit Card.
3) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of WBJEE/ JEE Main Rank Card.
4) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of class 10th Admit Card for Age proof.
5) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets.
6) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of class 12th Registration Card.
7) 03 copies of passport size and 02 copies of stamp size colored recent photographs.
8) Cast Certificate (if any, Original & one self- attested Xerox copy).
9) Income Certificate (if any, Original & one self- attested Xerox copy).
10) Recent original Medical Fitness Certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner.
11) Recent Eye Test Certificate (6/6 Vision) from Registered Medical Practitioner.
12) Report of Blood Group (Two Xerox copies).
13) Original Domicile Certificate.
14) Anti ragging Declaration form (Undertaking form).
15) Original and two self-attested Xerox copies of Aadhar Card
